Are You Losing Yourself in Relationships?

“I know what that’s like and I’ve learned how to stop it”

I always entered my relationships with a lot of excitement, enthusiasm and hope. I always believed that this would be ‘it’ but soon would get bitterly disappointed. And so, I’d put more effort and energy into it, which meant that I had less time for my friends, family, hobbies, responsibilities, … myself.

Soon enough all I had left was an unhealthy relationship. I had disappeared. And so had my life. I felt horrible about myself. I felt empty and drained. And terribly alone.

If this is something you can relate to, then I’m really sorry. It’s a highly distressing and painful experience. One not many can make sense of.

For this reason, I have created a mini-course for you to explain why it happens and what we can do to stop it.

Because it doesn’t have to be like this – I’m proof of that.
